Windows updates are built in.The desktop app shows its current version in Settings → Updates, checks this portal automatically, and provides Check for updates, Download, and Install controls.

Setup

Three steps on each device.

Join the Tailnet

Install Tailscale and sign in to the same approved network on the PC, laptop, or phone.

Install T4 RAG

Use the installer above and compare its displayed SHA-256. On Android, approve installation from this trusted portal when prompted.

Open and pair

Open the private cloud, pair the client, then choose a live session to watch, control, or continue.

PC or laptop
  1. Connect Tailscale and install the Windows app.
  2. Open Settings → Connection Hub → Connect cloud/VPS.
  3. Choose Connect to a running worker and use the private cloud URL shown above.
  4. Pair once, then use Cloud mode for a new chat or Send to cloud on an existing chat.
Android
  1. Connect the Tailscale Android app.
  2. Download the privately signed APK and approve this one installation.
  3. Open Hosts & Cloud → Connect this phone and use the same private cloud URL.
  4. Complete pairing and enable notifications to follow work away from your desk.
Cloud sessions
  1. The VPS is the always-on worker; your PC and phone are controllers, so closing them does not stop cloud work.
  2. Cloud mode starts a chat on the VPS. Send to cloud continues a local chat there.
  3. Git is optional. T4 RAG can copy an integrity-checked workspace snapshot with uncommitted files and binary assets; signed Git handoff remains an advanced option.

Supply-chain integrity

Trust the checksum,
not just the filename.

The Windows updater feed and personal installers are published only from this same-origin portal with explicit checksums. The Android APK is signed with your private personal key.
